Returns & Exchanges
Because items are considered to be of a custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will, however, make any repairs or corrections that arise from manufacturer’s defect. In the case of alterations to the product requested by the customer, based on personal preference, we will make the majority of adjustments for free, unless additional materials are required. In the case of adjustments being made based on personal preference, we would simply ask the customer to cover shipping charges. Any issues arising from defect will be taken care of with no cost to the customer.
